Community Series Match
Richmond v Collingwood at Docklands. (7.25pm start - originally was to be 7.10pm)
The original Community Series schedule was Richmond v Western Bulldogs , Sat Feb 7, Lavington Sportsground NSW, 4.40pm, and then Adelaide v Richmond , Sunday March 7, Flinders Uni Stadium SA, 12.40pm
Those two matches were later removed by the AFL due to limited travel moment because of Covid.

Football returns to the MCG since the 2019 GF.
Richmond unfurl 2 premiership flags at once. The actual unfurling of the 2019 flag is done by Cheryl Critchley, and the 2020 flag by Peggy O'Neal. Representatives from each League Premiership - family members, players - parade the flags around the ground. The two premiership cups are driven around the back of Jeeps.
Trent Cotchin is a late out due to illness. Jack Riewoldt captains the side.

At halftime of the Port vs Richmond, Ch7 interrupt the broadcast to announce the death of Prince Philip

Saturday 24
vs Melbourne. ANZAC EVE. Family of Checker Hughes light the cauldron pre-match. First awarding of the "Checker" Hughes Medal for Best Player.
Dustin Martin's 250th game. ( no banner acknowledging due to combined Anzac Ev banner that until Fri May 7th match where it is listed as 200+1 on the banner
Daniel Rioli 100th (acknowledged following week on banner as 100+1)

Richmond banner for Daniel Rioli's 101st game. (His 100th game was overshadowed by Anzac Eve banner. So to was by Dusty's 250th game banner)
