BIOGRAPHY
Allan was a wingman and rover who was recruited from Collegians. A fine exponent of the stab-kick, he could also kick well with both feet. His career with Richmond fluctuated somewhat. In 1928 he managed only one senior game and in 1931 two games. Yet in 1929 and 1930 Allan was rarely out of the team. Away from football, Allan also played Senior XI District Cricket with St. Kilda.
