BIOGRAPHY
Ashley Blurton played with West Perth and was drafted by West Coast with pick 37 in the 1994 AFL National Draft . Ashley played 10 games with West Coast from 1995-1997 and was traded to Richmond at the end of 1997 in exchange for Richmond’s pick 37 in the 1997 AFL Draft. Ashley made his debut with the Richmond senior team in Round 1, 1998 against Essendon. Ashley played 14 games with Richmond from 1998- 1999 but couldn’t secure a regular place in the Richmond senior team. Ashley returned to Western Australia at the end of 1999 to join Peel Thunder.
