BIOGRAPHY
Basil played most of his football on the forward line. Originally from Warrnambool he played six games with South Melbourne in 1922. He spent the 1924 season with Richmond before moving to Albury. Between 1926 and 1932 he played in the VFA with Prahran, Brighton and Brunswick, however his career was continually interrupted by injury and he retired in 1932.
