BIOGRAPHY
Robert was a half-back-flanker. Recruited locally to Richmond, he twice represented the Victorian Under/19 side, once as captain. His first two senior games were as a reserve before gaining selection in Rounds 16 and 17 of 1963 against Carlton and Melbourne. After five seasons, at Richmond, he crossed to Myrtleford for a year, before joining Port Melbourne where he played in their 1966 Premiership side. Robert now lives in Burwood.

He played full back in the Combined Under 19 VFL Team against VAFA Under19 team prior to the Reserves Grand Final on MCG on Saturday, Sept 30 1961 (VFL 2nds Annual Report)
