BIOGRAPHY
Brian play at full-back, half-back and centre-half-back. Recruited from Melbourne Grammar he spent seven seasons with Richmond and was a rugged, straight-ahead type of player who played very close to opposing forwards. He also played some of his early games as a forward where his best goal tally was 4 against Fitzroy in Round 13 of 1953. He represented the state once and in 1957 he captained the Richmond Senior team three times. Brian served as the Richmond Football Club Orthopaedic Surgeon between 1967 and 1981. He also served on the committee and he was awarded Life Membership in 1973.
