BIOGRAPHY
Charles played in defence, usually at full-back. He played in the 1955 Reserves Premiership side as well as tying for their Best and Fairest award in 1956. In 1957, he was a regular member of the senior tam playing in 13 consecutive games. After leaving Richmond he returned to Gippsland where he played with Yarram and Won Wron Woodside. Charles now lives in Yarram.
