BIOGRAPHY
Charlie, who was nicknamed Peter as per her death notice, was a wingman from Cobram. He received a permit to play for Richmond at the end of April 1920. The main feature of his play was his strong marking. His only senior game for Richmond was in Round 7 of 1920 against St. Kilda. After leaving Richmond Charlie moved to North Melbourne.
In 1920 Charlie opened a store at 272 Bridge Rd,Richmond - selling confectionary and soft drink.
Some records confuse him with Wally Tuck, who played with StKilda at the same time, and with a Wal Tuck who played with Camberwell in the 1920s
