BIOGRAPHY
Colin was a versatile utility player who played in the ruck on the wing and in a back-pocket during his time with Richmond. He was unfortunately starved of senior opportunities whilst at Richmond. He was a very agile player who was a fine mark. In 1981, he made the seniors 10 times, averaging 17 possessions and showed that he had the ability to succeed in the VFL. The following year, he transferred to Western Australia with his job in the banking industry. He then developed into a top-class key-position player whilst playing with East Fremantle in the West Austrlalian League. He won their Best and Fairest award once, Leading Goalkicker award twice and represented the state four times. Colin was also a member of Premiership sides in both the senior and reserve grade sides.
