BIOGRAPHY
Craig was a solidly-built player who played in key-positions and as a relief ruckman. A strong mark and mobile for his size he was also a long, accurate kick with both feet. He originally played with Preston before crossing to Collingwood for six seasons. He was a member of their 1980 and 1981 Grand Final sides, played in the Victorian "B" side in 1980 and finished third in the Best and Fairest in 1982. He then spent three seasons with Richmond where he was used in defence. Craig was involved in the hospitality industry running a hotel.
