BIOGRAPHY
Darryl played at full-back or half-back whilst at Richmond. Recruited from Yarrawonga, he spent four seasons with Richmond. He was one of the best players in the 1966 Reserves premiership win and also played in the losing grand final teams of 1967 and 1968. He made his senior debut as a reserve against Carlton in round 2 of 1968. He then played his first full senior game in round 4 against St Kilda and was a member of the senior team for nine consecutive games before being dropped in round 13. He later crossed to South Australian club central districts and finished his career playing in six premiership teams. His brother Ross played nine games for North Melbourne in 1970 and 1971.
