BIOGRAPHY
David played mainly as a half-forward or centre–half-forward. A local Richmond boy, his only senior game was in round 10 of 1967 as a reserve against South Melbourne. He spent three seasons with Richmond , winning the U/19’s Best & Fairest in 1966. He later transferred to Clarence before moving to the Tasmanian Amateur competition . In 1973, he was selected in the Tasmanian Amateur side. Away from football he worked in the hotel industry in Tasmania and now lives in Sydney where he runs a restaurant.
