BIOGRAPHY
Edward was a wingman and rover. Originally a local Richmond boy, he later served overseas during the First World War. He also played Senior XI District Cricket with Melbourne in 1919/20, scoring 63 runs with a highest score of 31. He then played with Richmond in 1920/21 scoring 14 runs and taking one wicket. Edward then crossed to East Melbourne where he played between 1922 and 1924 scoring 217 runs with a highest score of 56.
