BIOGRAPHY
Frank was a full-forward, centre-half-forward and ruckman. Whilst playing with Minyip he formed part of a fine ruck combination with former South Melbourne 200-gamer, Jack GRAHAM. He only played two games with Richmond against Hawthorn and St. Kilda in Rounds 8 and 9 of 1950 before returning to the country. Frank later became involved in farming politics at a young age and subsequently retired from football.
His brother, John Drum, trained with Richmond in 1948.
