BIOGRAPHY
Frank was a wingman and rover. Recruited from Ballarat, his career was interrupted by World War Two. He played his first senior game in Round 1 of 1943 and had to wait until Round 11 of 1948 before playing his next. He served in both the Army and Navy during the Second World War. A Pharmacist, he now runs his own business in East Ringwood.
