BIOGRAPHY
Frank played most of his football in defence. Recruited from the local Richmond area his three senior games were in the back-pocket against Geelong, South Melbourne and St.Kilda in Rounds 7, 8 and 9 of 1944. He later played with Melbourne and Williamstown before injuries forced him to a premature retirement. He served in the R.A.A.F during the Second World War, reaching the rank of Warrant Officer. Frank is the son of Frank Hughes Senior and now lives in Camberwell.
