BIOGRAPHY
Geoff was a versatile key position player who was recruited from Nandaly. He was a very strong, high mark and equally comfortable as either a forward or defender. He showed great potential, but moved to Norwood after only two seasons with the seniors. In one game during 1979, he kept North Melbourne champion Malcolm Blight to 3 goals while playing as a full-back. Geoff suffered a serious leg injury in his first game for Norwood and this effectively finished his football career.
