BIOGRAPHY
Graham was a rugged half-back who was recruited from Vermont. He was a very determined player who had a good turn of speed and never gave his opponents any latitude. Graham made his debut as a reserve in Round 8 of 1965 against Fitzroy. Of the first eight games he played six were as a reserve and it wasn’t until 1967 that he was able to establish himself as a regular senior player. He would have played more senior games had it not been for a series of injuries he sustained. In 1969 he only played four senior games after he was injured during a pre-season practice match. He was a member of the 1967 and 1969 Senior and 1966 Reserves Premiership sides. He really excelled in Finals or big games. He has been Richmond’s team manager since 1991, and was awarded Life Membership in 1993. Away from football he ran his own cartage business.
