BIOGRAPHY
Ian played most of his football as a rover. He spent his junior career with St. Pat's College Ballarat before crossing to Richmond for one year in 1961. His two senior games were as a reserve against Hawthorn and Carlton in Rounds 7 and 8 of 1961. Away from football he holds a Commerce Degree and is a school teacher. During postings at Chadstone, Murrumbeena and Beaumaris High schools he coach their football sides.
