BIOGRAPHY
Jack was a half-back-flanker or centre-half-back. Recruited from Burnley he spent four seasons with Richmond before spending a year with both Essendon and Hawthorn. A long kick and safe mark he was a member of the 1933 Grand Final side. He was the father-in-law of former Melbourne footballer and cricketer Neil Crompton. Jack died in 1987.
