BIOGRAPHY
Jason was a utility player who was recruited from South Australia. Prior to joining Richmond he represented South Australia in the Teal Cup. He made his senior debut during the 1995 pre-season competition. He was blooded in the reserves until making his AFL debut in Round 15 against Essendon. He did not take long to show that he would be a player of the future. He moved well and displayed plenty of courage and was unlucky not to be chosen for the first night final against North Melbourne after playing well with both the reserves and seniors in the latter part of 1995. In 1996 he played mainly in defence.
