BIOGRAPHY
Jeff was a rover. He spent just two seasons with Richmond and was a member of the Reserves' 1964 Grand Final side. He later had a successful career with VFA club Waverley, winning consecutive Best and Fairest awards and playing in their 1965 Premiership side. He spent six season with Scoresby after leaving Waverley.
