BIOGRAPHY
John played at either centre-half-forward or centre-half-back. He joined Richmond from VFA club Oakleigh and only spent a short time at Punt Road before rejoining Oakleigh. After leaving Oakleigh he joined Koroit where he was their outstanding forward, winning their goal kicking four times. His main asset was his strong marking. He worked in the banking industry.
