BIOGRAPHY
Ken played most of his football in defence, at either full-back or centre-half-back. Originally from Irymple, he spent three seasons at Punt Road and was a member of Richmond’s 1954 and 1955 Reserves’ Premiership sides. He then returned to Irymple as a player and later became playing-coach. He was forced into retirement at the age of 25, due to injury. He later served as a Sunraysia League selector for three years before moving to Adelaide. His son, Chris, played senior football with Sturt, in South Australia, between 1986 and 1993.
