BIOGRAPHY
Norman was a wingman and rover. He was a steady, unflappable player who used very accurate passing to great effect. Originally a local Richmond boy he joined St. Kilda prior to the First World War, spending five seasons there before joining Richmond in 1921. He was among Richmond's best players in the 1921 Premiership win and also kicked the winning goal. After retiring as a player he served on the Richmond Committee between 1924 and 1928. He later owned racehorses and ran a pool hall in Richmond.
