BIOGRAPHY
Percy was a centreman, half-forward and full-forward. He was a spectacular player who could fly very high for a mark. He originally started his football in the Warrnambool area before moving to St.Kilda for one year. He then spent two and a half seasons with Richmond where he won the Goalkicking awarded in 1913. His highest individual goal tally was 6 against University in Round 9 of 1913 and he also scored 5 against Carlton in Round 16. His effort against University was a club record. He then crossed to Essendon where he spent just over three seasons, before heading south to Tasmania where he coached North Hobart to a Premiership in 1923. He then coached Devonport where he won the Competition Goalkicking award. Returning to Victoria in 1927, he finished his career in the Bendigo league.
