BIOGRAPHY
Peter was a close-checking full-back who made opposing forwards earn every kick. A very determined and talented player, he was a strong mark and a long accurate kick. He originally started with Collingwood as a full-forward after he was recruited from Assumption College where he had kicked 300 goals in three seasons. He spent 10 seasons with Collingwood and was a member of their 1979, 1980 and 1981 Grand Final teams as well as their 1979 night and 1976 Reserves Premiership sides. He is a Life Member of the Collingwood Football Club. His stay with Richmond ended up being less than half a season, although he did kick 7 goals in one game with the Richmond Reserves. After leaving Richmond, he crossed to Fitzroy for a brief period. Peter now lives in Templestowe.
