BIOGRAPHY
Ray was a long kicking half-forward. He played 17 games in his debut year, 1950, and won the Best First Year Player award. He was unable to regain his early form due to constant injury problems. After leaving Richmond he spent two years with Box Hill before finishing his career playing with Orbost.
