BIOGRAPHY
Ron was a rover and half-forward. Recruited from the local Richmond area he spent five seasons with Richmond nd was a member of the Reserves’ 1946 Premiership side. In 1948, he was a regular member on the senior side playing in 17 games. His highest individual goal tally was 4 against Footscray in Round 2 of 1948. Ron then played with Hawthorn in 1950 and Coburg between 1951 and 1953. He is the younger brother of Max EVANS and now lives in Mount Waverley.
