BIOGRAPHY
Ross played his early football at centre-half-forward and full-forward before moving into defence. He spent five seasons at Richmond and won the Reserves’ Goalkicking award in 1963 and Best and Fairest in 1967. He made his senior debut in 1963. Between late 1963 and mid-1965 he played 31 consecutive games. His highest individual goal tally was 4 against St.Kilda in Round 3 of 1965. He crossed to Waverley in 1968 and played for two seasons before retiring to concentrate on running his own nursery business. He now lives in the eastern suburbs.
