BIOGRAPHY
Roy was one of the outstanding sportsmen in Kyabram during his career, excelling in both football and cricket. As a footballer he played in the half-forward-flank. He played one game with Collingwood in 1920 before returning to Kyabram. In 1928 he returned to the city playing four games with Richmond before returning home. He was a Life Member of the Goulburn Valley Football League and was widely acknowledged as Kyabram's greatest all-round sportsman. He died in 1987. His brother Percy played 24 games for Carlton between 1925 and 1927, and then 27 games for St. Kilda between 1928 and 1930.
