BIOGRAPHY
Stan was a strong, solidly-built ruck-rover who was a tireless trier. He was a very successful and consistent player whilst playing with both Northcote and Fairfield. He originally played one season with Collingwood in1918 before playing with Richmond in 1925. He died in 1980. Stan's brother played two games with Collingwood in 1916 and his nephew Ken Turner played 171 games for Collingwood also.
