BIOGRAPHY
Sydney Stack was overlooked by all 18 clubs in the 2018 National and Rookie Draft, despite strong praise on his ability.
He officially became a Richmond player in February when the Club added the Western Australia product to its Rookie List. The 18-year-old had been training with the Tigers since December, 2018, as part of the AFL’s new Pre-Season Supplemental Selection Period.
The 2018 U18 All Australian played for WAFL Club, Perth, and performed strongly in the 2018 National Carnival.
Stack made his presence felt in the Anzac Eve match of 2019 with a high mark in the second quarter, and later a powerful bump on Melbourne's Jack Viney in the last quarter.
In the Round 10 2019 Dreamtime match, he participated in the pre-match War Cry.
