BIOGRAPHY
Wally was a ruckman. A powerfully built player, he was a strong overhead mark. Recruited from Glen Iris he spent two seasons with Richmond and his only senior game was in Round 4 of 1949 in the back pocket against St. Kilda. He crossed to Yarraville in 1950 and spent five seasons with that club. He also represented the VFA five times.
