BIOGRAPHY
Wayne played in several different positions during his time at Richmond. He usually played across the centre-line or as a half-forward. He came to Richmond after one year of senior football with South Fremantle and prior to that he played with Nicky Winmar’s old junior side Pingelly. He was a member of Richmond’s 1993 night Grand Final side and he kicked 3 goals in that match. Wayne only managed three senior games in 1994 and spent the majority of the season with the Reserves. In 1995, he turned his back on AFL football and went back to Western Australia before his contract, with Richmond, had expired.
