BIOGRAPHY
Wesley was a pacy wingman who retired at the age of 25 to concentrate on his professional running career. He was a fine reserves player at Richmond: however, he had to compete with the likes of Bryan Wood and Wayne Walsh for a senior position. He spent five seasons with Richmond and was a member of the under/19’s 1970 and Reserves 1973 Premiership sides, All his senior games were as a Reserve; however he did win the reserves Best and Fairest in 1974. He moved to Collingwood for one year before stints with VFA Clubs Port Melbourne, Oakleigh and Mordialloc. Wes is the younger brother of Bill Barrot and he now lives at St.Germains.
